Two Taikoo Place represents a dynamic new model for high-rise work: one that provides tenants with diverse workspaces beyond the traditional desk, and enhances well-being through shared amenities. The first four levels comprise the “Great Room,” which includes restaurants, tearooms and cafes, and opens to an urban park that connects to the rest of the complex. “The space provides a community-focused urban experience and is like being in a comfortable room where people are welcomed,” says NBBJ design partner Jonathan Ward.
