Hana Bank Headquarters
Health and well-being are essential to creativity, yet too often these key factors are overlooked in the workplace. Unlike the typical office, the headquarters for Korean fintech company Hana Bank focuses on restorative work—the idea that people can leave the workplace feeling better than when they arrived.
As one of the first offices fully designed during the Covid-19 pandemic, Hana's headquarters enhances well-being and community, uniting nature with flexible, diverse and inspiring workspaces. A continuous 12-story ribbon park weaves green space and public pathways into the workplace, while a grand atrium with curved surfaces and wood elements add warmth to create a restorative environment for innovation and collaboration.
Features
To enhance creativity and offer respite, alternative focus work areas include private alcoves, wine bars and outdoor terraces, while multiple collaboration spaces support typical teamwork sessions and more informal social activities.
