In the most recent issue of Breakthrough Magazine, the magazine of the UK Science Parks Association, NBBJ’s Darius Umrigar and David Lewis discuss adaptable, Net Zero lab design solutions that can be interpreted and applied on a variety of different sites and scales.
“We can’t afford to design for the short-term. Given the investment, it’s not sustainable in any sense to demolish and rebuild space every time the market mood changes,” says Lewis.
