Sail @ Marina Bay
With a need to reduce pollution and offer more walkable opportunities in cities, designs such as Singapore’s Sail provide an environmentally sustainable solution to increase pedestrian activity and serve expanding communities. The design decreases traffic and smog by offering direct access to public transit, neighborhood retail and local dining.
Two glass-clad towers rise from a sculpted base to house over 1,000 residences, dining, a health club, recreation decks and parking facilities, encouraging engagement with the waterfront and surrounding green space, as well as with the urban environment.
Features
A rooftop pool is one of many outdoor spaces where residents can relax and find respite from the surrounding city.
