Molly Wolf, AIA, DBIA
Principal | Healthcare Market Leader
Dedicated to a career in healthcare architecture and master planning, Molly is a trained architect and design leader who guides clients, stakeholders and clinicians through major process improvement initiatives. She works with progressive healthcare institutions such as University of Washington Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center and EvergreenHealth to create future-forward master plans and facilities. Her leadership is also informed by her previous role as a construction project manager at Swedish Medical Center where she oversaw the design and construction of new projects.
As healthcare institutions face financial uncertainty, staff shortages and rising labor costs, Molly sees each project as an opportunity to enhance flexibility, streamline the design and construction process and implement design-build and other alternative delivery methods. Molly believes healthcare systems can proactively address the market through data-informed decision making early in the process to increase efficiency of existing space, decide how to distribute capital and anticipate change.
Molly is also an active member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), where she speaks at its national DBIA Conference of Progressive Design-Build Delivery. In addition, Molly is an AIA member and recently completed a five-year term as a board member for the Pacific Northwest AIA Architecture for Health Committee.
