As a principal and architect at NBBJ – a design firm named the fastest growing by Architectural Record and among the world’s most innovative three times by Fast Company – Dale Alberda leads the design of corporate workplaces and commercial office buildings, healthcare projects and public works buildings, including libraries and transportation projects. He has recently led projects for clients including Amazon in Virginia, the Palo Alto Medical Foundation in Silicon Valley and the Southcentral Foundation in Alaska.
With three decades of professional experience, Dale seeks out innovative solutions for clients that reflect their unique culture, aspirations and business goals. His designs emphasize the use and detailing of materials, building systems and sustainable technologies that optimize quality.
