Create. Innovate. Redefine.

Capitalizing on the resident talent and entrepreneurial spirit in Brooklyn, the Red Hook Innovation Studios will provide a creative industries campus along the borough’s southern waterfront.

The Red Hook Innovation Studios will combine technology, fashion, music, art and design in a campus-like environment that will foster the development of new, cross-industry innovations. Located on the Red Hook waterfront in Brooklyn, the campus will offer spectacular views while incorporating flood-resilient strategies to minimize storm damage.

The urban campus plan covers five city blocks and features a waterfront promenade, integrated park areas and four new office buildings that will offer tenants a variety of work spaces and amenities. Open streetscapes will help activate the neighborhood and alternate transit options are being studied to increase accessibility via public transport. The development also includes 202 Coffey Street (designed by Adjmi + Andreoli) — an historic warehouse that will be renovated into a fashion/art/music event space.
