A New Jewel
for Jakarta

The International Financial Centre will become a major destination for international corporations seeking Class A office space in downtown Jakarta, the economic capital of Indonesia.

The 50-story tower is designed as an evolution of an existing on-site building, with its minimalist design, monolithic massing and strong visual identity. Chamfered corners not only provide executives with corner offices and prominent views up and down Sudirman Road, but also give the building its distinguishing faceted appearance. At night, illumination at the corners of both buildings will signify the integration of one unified complex.

Wrapped in floor-to-ceiling transparent glass, the 12-meter-high lobby is designed to be one of Jakarta’s most soaring and inviting. It also connects to a public skygarden with panoramic views of the city. The office levels ensure flexibility with increased floor-to-floor heights and column-free interior spaces: these features, along with the modern design, projected Green Mark Platinum status, public amenities and ample parking, are expected to attracted distinguished tenants.

In a future phase, an adjacent, existing tower will be replaced by a taller one, with a detailed phasing sequence implemented to maintain uninterrupted activity for existing tenants.
