Guests are welcomed at registration desks beside the valet parking entrance. From there, a dedicated concierge personally oversees each patient’s service experience, from arrival to departure.

Ethereal, floor-to-ceiling draperies evoke traditional Middle Eastern veils and flowing water and, more importantly, screen guests for privacy.

Varying levels of privacy are achieved through furniture layouts, sheer layering, and the different spatial dimensions of each waiting area.

Corridors use dim ambient lighting levels and refined materials, extending the simple and elegant timeless aesthetic of the reception and waiting areas.

The materials palette is comprised of a limited range of neutral colors; accent colors highlight only those surfaces key to aiding the navigation of escorted guests.

The exam room is a place of respite that features neutral colors, soft lighting, a privacy curtain, rounded corners and edges, and a discreet consultation area.

Medical equipment and accessories are concealed behind custom prefabricated inset casework.

Furthermore, by emphasizing personalization, attention to detail and exceptional service, it is transforming expectations for healthcare delivery in the Middle East and around the world.
Guests are welcomed beside the valet parking entrance, where they are met by a dedicated concierge who personally oversees the entire patient experience, from arrival to departure. The reception environment is characterized by ambient lighting and floor-to-ceiling draperies, inspired by traditional Middle Eastern veils, that define individual waiting areas and provide privacy to waiting guests. The soft lighting, neutral material palette and careful details extend to the exam rooms as well, creating a calm atmosphere of respite that enhances the sense of healthcare hospitality.
