With its contemporary architecture and Class A office space, the Busan International Finance Centre is becoming a destination of choice for some of the world’s top Asia-based financial institutions.

As South Korea’s second-largest metropolis after Seoul and the fifth-largest port in the world, Busan is South Korea’s international trade and financial center. As such, it was important for the city to create a landmark building to anchor its rapidly developing financial district.

The first and most important element of a future five-building complex that will eventually expand to house additional office space, a hotel and residences, the Busan International Financial Centre rises 63 stories from a four-story retail podium. Key tenants in the Busan International Financial building currently include the Korean and regional government as well as financial and international trading companies.
