With more than 27 years of experience, Tim Fishking has had an integral role in advancing the healthcare architecture practice of NBBJ. He has been a driving force behind several of the firm’s most significant projects not only in Ohio, but also throughout the world.
Most recently Tim has focused on advancing the relationships between Building Information Modeling, Integrated Delivery, and prefabrication opportunities in healthcare design. His implementation of these strategies for the Miami Valley Hospital Heart and Orthopedic Center has won many awards, and he is currently refining them further for the OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital Neuroscience Institute.
He has completed other notable projects with Celebration Health in Orlando, Woodwinds Health Campus in Minneapolis, and St. John Providence Park in Novi, Michigan. Additionally, he can be credited for leading the design team of the National Taiwan University Children’s Hospital and two of the first western style medical facilities in Russia – Moscow Medical Center and the GUTA Clinic Hospital – both in Moscow.
