Kim Selby, AICP CUD, RLA

Kim is an urban planner and landscape architect specializing in site analysis, planning and design for a variety of clients and land uses. She particularly enjoys helping clients define the problem to solve and then participating in a collaborative effort to understand the issues, develop a number of alternatives and, ultimately, evaluate and select the most appropriate solution.

Kim has taken the lead in several projects in the Puget Sound region that have involved close coordination with state and municipal agencies. Her recent work includes master planning, feasibility studies, regulatory analysis, space programming, predesign planning and building consensus among stakeholder and community groups.
