Jim Tully, LEED AP

With more than three decades in the industry, Jim Tully has spent the last 15 years managing complex projects at NBBJ. His portfolio includes project manager for the San Joaquin County Courthouse in Stockton, the San Francisco Civic Center Courthouse and the United States Courthouse in Seattle.

Jim oversaw the entire programming effort for the courthouse project in Seattle and met with each of the building tenants—the US District Court, US Bankruptcy Court, US Pretrial Services, US Probation, US Marshal, US Trustee and US Attorney—to determine the range of their functional and space requirements.The resulting program became the basis for design of the courthouse.

His projects have been recognized by the GSA Design Awards and local chapters of the AIA.
