Bill Sanford

Bill Sanford’s experience in urban design and real estate economic analyses extends from his work developing revenue and cost-based real estate development strategies for public and private facilities throughout the continental United States. Bill’s experience includes several major public sector projects that identified incremental private sector development demands, public sector infrastructure costs and tax benefits, as well as development feasibility.

He has worked with the Alaska Native Medical Center on a major institutional master plan, the University of Washington and Cascadia Community College to co-locate on a shared campus, and Snohomish County to redefine a major portion of the City of Everett. By staffing projects with people from diverse professional disciplines, Bill ensures that the resulting built environment provides clients with the right answer, at the right long-term cost, and is completed just in time to service major growth needs.
