University of Southampton Life Sciences Building Wins 2011 RIBA Award

The University of Southampton’s Life Science Building is among this year’s winners of the 2011 RIBA Awards. Designed by NBBJ’s London office, the project supports cross-disciplinary work and will be a place where life sciences research staff and students can expand their academic interests and activities by working with scientists and engineers from other areas within the University. The RIBA Awards Programme honors the best of British-based architecture and has been running continuously since 1966.
